QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education, Engineering or Equivalent.
  • Proficient in English language and MS office.
  • At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience.

JOB PURPOSE

To support in development and implementation of quality system procedures, workflows and template/forms for all the organizational functions.

To support in data analysis and internal audits.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintaining data input in student information system
  • Providing Training to DEO for data input in student information system (SIS)
  • Compiling students’ formative assessments results internally
  • Uploading students’ formative assessments results in NVQF registry
  • Uploading data in NAVTTC portals
  • Providing training to DEO(s) for various governmental portal and donor portals i.e. NVQF
  • registry, M&E, MIS, NAVTTC portal
  • Uploading entrance assessment question bank in SIS
  • Setting up pre-assessment review session with faculty members
  • Uploading graduates results in SIS
  • Compiling data for impact numbers of the organization
  • Facilitation in Qualification Awarding Bodies (QABs) assessments
  • Visiting QABs/ TEVTAs for documentation submission
  • Checking students data on certificates issued by various boards
  • Compiling attendance during final and internal assessment and sharing exam
  • attendance summaries
  • Compiling various summaries and reports pertaining to applicants and students
  • Raising purchase requisitions (PR) for various TEVTAs, BTEs and TTBs registration,
  • affiliation, students’ registration, assessment and certification
  • Compilation of institutes’ data and documents for registration, affiliation and
  • accreditation in coordination with institutes
  • Any other task assigned by the management
  • To support in standard Policies and Procedures Development
  • To assist in Data Analysis and development of dashboards
  • To support in planning and conduction of Internal Audits
  • To facilitate in implementation and verification of corrective actions
  • To assist in developing, organizing and concluding faculty and student performance Surveys
  • To support in Monitoring and evaluation activities
