Job purpose:
Responsible for providing quality instructions to students regarding Digital Marketing & SEO through well prepared classes, relevant assignments, fair and holistic assessment of learning, clear documentation of student progress, and support of the academic success. Preparing students for careers in digital Marketing
Duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare and update course plans every semester.
- Design effective session plans at least a week prior and submit to the line manager for approval.
- Implement and conduct planned and schedule theory and practical academic sessions.
- Prepare and check formative assessments / examination papers.
- Participate in curriculum development and all academics related tasks in order to improve teaching and learning standards.
- Mark students’ daily course attendance on the portal and keep a follow up of absentees.
- Work on students’ overall grooming and personal development and prepare them for the local industry.
- Maintain personal (instructor) folder/file as per the given format in an organized manner and ensure all documents are properly maintained.
- Ensure compliance of code of conduct, company’s policies and refrain from disciplinary issues.
- Provide support to all the faculty members as well as admin staff as and when needed.
- Participate actively in admission campaign drive and other activities for the benefit of the organization and students.
- To familiarize students with Google Ads, On page Off page SEO.
- Social media marketing: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Marketing
- Fundamentals of Google Analytics
- VA+ Freelancing
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or other related fields.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field with 2 years of teaching experience or mentoring role
- Certifications in Google Garage, Facebook Analytics, etc. would be a plus.
Requirement:
- Expert of digital marketing & Search Engine Optimization
- Strong understanding and experience with following topics: Google Analytics, Google AdWords, current social media platforms, paid social media advertising, customer segmentation targeting and tracking, community management, and email marketing.
- Passion for teaching, learning, and education in general
