• Develop the training plan in line with the overall work plan.
  • Ensure execution of all training and BCC activities as per the approved work-plan.
  • Reviewing and approving district’s training plan and coordinating and responding timely.
  • Design and conduct the training sessions/workshops based on the plan and prepare the training reports as per grant and donor requirements
  • Compile, select and modify training materials/aids/data
  • Ensure the distribution of teaching material and aids with appropriate feedback and guidelines to the provincial/district coordinators and the respective training facilitators
  • Regular-on going documentation and reporting on program activities
  • Provide appropriate feedback on BCC and other training activities being conducted with a view to improve and integrate training process.
  • Meetings with the resource persons for training as and when required
  • Coordinate with the provincial and district staff as well as the SRs for effective and efficient implementation of BCC outreach activities.
  • Liaise with the National Program at provincial and district level and local NGOs/CBOs for conducting the advocacy and education sessions
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of activities involving print and electronic media
  • Keeping updated record of all relevant activities at federal, provincial and district levels
  • Maintain constant communication and coordination with all provincial and district staff for coordinating training process and BCC activities and ensuring quality
  • Represent the program at important forums as well as participate in technical working teams at national level with partners.
  • Review and refine the training manual for the standardized training module
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of activities involving print and electronic media as per work plan for relevant time period.
  • Capacity Building of the district and provincial level staff as needed.
  • Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
