- Payments, receipts, postings and verification by coordinating with banks on daily basis
- Fixed and movable assets inventory
- Processing payroll (Comp & Ben)
- ISQ data approval & reconciliation
- Maintain provident funds, EOBI and gratuity
- Withholding tax maintenance and monthly submission to FBR
- Settlement of off boarding employees
- Vendor/employee tax challans, certificates
- Timely disbursement of salaries
- Support and liaise with auditors (internal/external) ensure annual monitoring is carried out
- Employees loans & advances
- Delegate work to Assistant Finance
- Motivate and manage team
