E-Commerce & Shopify Assistant

Tiny Tikes is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Shopify Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for candidates eager to grow their skills in online retail, particularly with Shopify store management. The successful candidate will support various aspects of our e-commerce operations including product listing and optimization, inventory management, order processing, and customer service support. Working within a team of four, the assistant will contribute to maintaining an efficient and engaging online store experience while managing multiple daily tasks such as packing and general store operations. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience or is a fresh candidate willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills are essential, along with a responsible and punctual work ethic. The role involves direct interaction with customers and requires the ability to handle product uploads, manage store content, support digital marketing efforts, and execute basic graphic design tasks. Training will be provided to ensure proficiency and success in this multifaceted position.
Responsibilities

Manage and update the Shopify store including product listings, pricing updates, and inventory adjustments.
Optimize product descriptions and images to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
Process orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment in coordination with packing and shipping.
Provide effective customer service support by responding to inquiries and managing feedback professionally.
Maintain data accuracy and perform timely data entry related to sales, stock, and customer information.
Assist with digital marketing initiatives including preparing promotional content and monitoring campaign progress.
Support the content management system by regularly updating store pages, banners, and relevant information.
Create and edit basic graphic designs for product images, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the team of four to coordinate daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Participate in training sessions to continuously improve skills related to e-commerce and store management.
Handle multiple tasks efficiently, including customer interactions, stock management, packaging, and general shop duties.
Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and packing area.
Monitor and report on inventory levels, coordinating restocking when necessary to prevent shortages.
