Trainee Engineer (FEMALES)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Engineer (Female) to join our Procurement & Indenting department based in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time opportunity is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to launch their careers in procurement, sourcing, and indenting operations. The role provides valuable hands-on experience in supplier coordination, managing procurement documentation, and supporting import-related procedures. It offers a strong foundation in technical procurement and business operations within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in procurement and indenting activities, including preparing and processing purchase requisitions and indents.
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers to obtain quotations and product information.
- Support the preparation of comparative statements and procurement documentation.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and required documentation.
- Assist in sourcing technical products and identifying suitable suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand and fulfill procurement requirements.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and correspondence.
- Support import and indent-related procurement procedures to ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science from a recognized institution.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
- Good analytical and organizational abilities.
