• Lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Skills requirements:

  • Proficient in English; Good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plus
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of call center equipment and relevant computer programs
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure

Experience and Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree, Master’s degree holder is preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of experience as call center supervisor or similar
