🔹 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day tour operations and travel bookings
• Plan and coordinate domestic/group tours
• Coordinate with hotels, transporters, guides and other suppliers
• Prepare tour itineraries, schedules and operational checklists
• Ensure all bookings and arrangements are confirmed before departure
• Manage tour departures and handle operational issues during trips
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Support teams
• Maintain booking, customer and supplier records
• Negotiate and maintain relationships with vendors
• Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions
• Monitor tour quality, costs and customer satisfaction
• Lead and supervise the operations team

🔹 REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in travel & tourism operations preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of Pakistan's northern tourist destinations
• Good command of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Customer-focused and professional attitude
• Willingness to travel when required

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 8 staff members, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and motivation.
Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies that enhance efficiency and support business objectives in the travel and tourism domain.
Manage relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring service standards comply with company expectations.
Oversee and optimize business process management (BPM) workflows to improve operational productivity and reduce costs.
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of travel services and customer satisfaction.
Monitor daily operations, identifying and resolving issues promptly to maintain service quality and operational continuity.
Plan and organize resources effectively to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously within set deadlines.
Conduct research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Pakistan’s northern tourist destinations to support strategic planning and marketing initiatives.
Utilize MS Office and Google Workspace tools to generate reports, track performance metrics, and facilitate communication across the company.
Promote a customer-focused culture, ensuring that all services meet or exceed client expectations.
Prepare and handle travel arrangements as required to support operational needs and maintain vendor relationships.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data and feedback to refine processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all operational activities.
Manage budgeting and resource allocation within the operations department effectively to achieve financial goals.
Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategic plans aligned with evolving market dynamics and company vision.
