Nationwide Dispatch Services LLC is a rapidly growing US-based truck dispatching company that focuses on securing higher-paying loads, negotiating rates, and managing paperwork for owner-operators and small fleets across all 48 states. We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team on a long-term basis. This role involves connecting with carriers to drive business growth and support the company’s expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to US owner-operators and small fleets operating various truck types, including dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, power only, hotshot, and box trucks. Present and promote our dispatch services effectively to sign new carriers. Collect and verify all necessary onboarding documentation such as MC authority, certificate of insurance, W-9 forms, and dispatch agreements. Coordinate the smooth handover of new carriers to the dispatch team while maintaining ongoing communication to ensure carrier retention. Maintain a consistent daily pipeline of leads, calls, and sign-ups to meet and exceed sales targets.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of six months’ sales experience specifically within US truck dispatching is essential. Candidates must have excellent spoken English with clear and confident communication skills tailored to US carriers. An energetic, target-driven mindset and a commitment to a long-term role are required. The ability to work US hours, specifically night shifts, is necessary. A solid understanding of MC/DOT authority, load boards, rate confirmations, and carrier packet processes is expected.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from Rs 100,000 to Rs 150,000 per month, depending on experience. There is an attractive commission structure providing 10% of dispatch fees earned from every carrier signed, with no cap, payable for the entire duration the carrier remains with the company. Opportunities for career advancement into team lead and sales manager roles are available. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan time. This is an on-site position located in Alipur Taramari, near HBS Hospital, Islamabad.
