The Head of System Process and Business Analytics at U Bank plays a crucial role in driving the strategic direction of analytics and process improvement initiatives within the banking and financial sectors. You will lead a team of professionals, ensuring the successful implementation of enterprise-level system integration projects, particularly utilizing platforms such as Oracle EBS. Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the strategic vision for business analytics and process improvement initiatives across U Bank, ensuring alignment with the overall organizational goals.
  • Drive the overall digital and analytical strategy aligned with the banks long-term goals of efficiency and customer-centric transformation
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between business, IT, and data teams to ensure alignment of systems, processes, and analytics.
  • Manage and mentor a diverse team of eight professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
  • Evaluate and redesign core banking processes to eliminate inefficiencies, automate manual workflows, and enable scalability.
  • Oversee the successful execution of enterprise-level system integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with best practices, focusing on Oracle EBS or other core banking platforms.
  • Implement and enhance business intelligence frameworks by leveraging advanced BI tools, ensuring the effective use of data for informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Drive process mapping, re-engineering, and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Utilize data integration techniques and ETL processes to ensure that data is accessible and actionable for key stakeholders, facilitating data-driven strategies.
  • Employ superior analytical and strategic thinking skills to assess business performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights to senior management.
  • Communicate complex data insights compellingly to various stakeholders, ensuring executive buy-in and support for analytics initiatives through effective data storytelling.
  • Lead change management efforts related to analytics and process improvement, ensuring that team members adapt effectively to evolving business needs and technologies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, promoting a culture of data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
