We are seeking a motivated Upwork Bidder or Business Development Partner to assist in securing our first suitable paid client project. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying and winning projects related to AI automation, AI agents, chatbot development, API integrations, CRM automation, web development, and business process automation. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate on a performance-based model with clear responsibilities and potential for longer-term engagement based on results.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify recently posted and suitable Upwork job opportunities aligned with our service offerings.
- Evaluate client profiles, including their history, budget, competition, and project requirements to ensure fit.
- Prepare customized proposals that accurately reflect our capabilities and strengths.
- Maintain transparent records of Connects used and the outcomes of each proposal submitted.
- Track client responses, interview invitations, and contract awards to monitor progress.
- Provide recommendations for improving proposal success rates based on measurable data and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in researching Upwork jobs and writing effective proposals.
- Knowledge of AI automation, APIs, chatbot development, CRM systems, or web development.
- Strong written English skills and professional communication abilities.
- Responsible management of Upwork Connects and honest, transparent reporting practices.
Engagement and Compensation
This role is initially structured as a performance-based collaboration with clearly defined responsibilities and written compensation terms. The first milestone is to secure one suitable paid client contract. Upon achieving this, additional compensation and the possibility of a longer-term partnership will be discussed.
