Urdu Language Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Urdu Language Teacher to join our team in Karachi on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of teaching experience and a strong ability to instruct non-native speakers at various proficiency levels, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced. This role requires delivering lessons in Urdu while explaining key concepts in English to ensure clear understanding. The position follows a morning shift schedule and offers a competitive salary of PKR 60,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver structured Urdu language lessons tailored to the needs of non-native speakers.
- Teach students across different proficiency levels, ensuring material is accessible and engaging for beginners, intermediates, and advanced learners.
- Use English effectively to explain complex Urdu grammar, vocabulary, and cultural nuances.
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching methods accordingly to maximize learning outcomes.
- Prepare teaching materials and resources that support diverse learning styles and promote language acquisition.
- Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Collaborate with colleagues and administration to align curriculum goals and share best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience teaching Urdu, preferably to non-native speakers.
- Strong command of both Urdu and English languages, with the ability to explain linguistic concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to design lesson plans that accommodate different learning levels and styles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students.
- Commitment to punctuality and professionalism, especially in adhering to the morning shift schedule.
