Key Responsibilities

- Shoot promotional and training videos for MSMEs and local businesses to enhance program awareness.
- Set up lighting, staging, and backgrounds to showcase product features effectively.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and animators to create multimedia content.
- Manage video editing and post-production using professional tools.
- Capture high-quality product photography for e-commerce use.
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive multimedia asset library.
- Coordinate with MSMEs and local businesses for customized shoots at E-Commerce Hubs or external locations.
- Maintain and manage all equipment, including cameras, tripods, and lighting gear.

- Utilize tools such as After Effects, Adobe Animate, and Blender to produce animations.

- Maintain originality and high quality in all visual and animated materials.
- Develop reusable templates for consistent animation formats.
- Archive animated assets for future reuse and reference.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Strong skills in photography, particularly product photography for e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency with professional video editing and animation software such as After Effects, Adobe Animate, and Blender.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with graphic designers, animators, and clients.
- Experience in setting up lighting, staging, and backgrounds for video shoots.
- Knowledge of motion graphics scripting and storyboarding.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multimedia assets and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills to train MSME staff and coordinate shoots.
