Customer Service Executive

Viftech is leading IT Company in Pakistan. We are offering a position of Customer Service Executive in night shift for our office located in Karachi.

Requirements:

  • Candidates having a bachelor’s degree
  • Must be very active on social media platforms
  • Must be very good at Internet browsing
  • Strong communication and IT fluency.
  • Excellent Oral & Written Communication skills in English.

Experience: Prior customer service experience; preferably Online

Responsibilities:

  • To handle outbound calls and chats/emails from the customers.
  • Make outbound calls when required to.
  • Bring feedback from customers and prospects to make our services better.
