• Responsible to manage the daily Operations and management of the Call Center.
  • Responsible to manage and monitor Call Center Team and its Operations.
  • Responsible for the division and distribution of Call Center's manpower. 
  • To ensure the call center work is running smoothly. 
  • Make the KPI's for Call Center Team and ensure the implementation.
  • Responsible to conduct On- site Training for Call Center Team which trains employees for their goals, guidance and performance.
  • Responsible to build and and train High performance team which achieves all given goals.
  • Establish Call Center Team's Incentive Policies.
  • To promote Team Building and ensure the company culture atmosphere in Call Center.
  • Ensure the professional stability of the Call Center Employees.
  • Responsible to improve the Call Center management system, work specifications and business processes.
  • Ensure to Improve Service Quality and Operational Efficiency.
