We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Study Abroad & Immigration Counsellor to join our team and help prospective clients achieve their international education and migration goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in and online clients professionally.
- Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Provide accurate information about our study abroad, immigration, and tourism services.
- Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable options.
- Conduct counselling sessions and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Maintain client records and ensure timely communication.
- Work closely with the marketing team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Highly confident, and professional personality
- Passion for sales and customer engagement
- Ability to build trust and maintain positive client relationships
- Sales and/or marketing experience will be preferred
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation and advice to prospective students regarding study abroad opportunities and immigration procedures.
- Manage the entire visa application process, including guiding clients through documentation, compliance, and submission.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of current immigration laws, policies, and study abroad program requirements.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Assist with lead generation and qualify potential clients to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote services and increase client outreach.
- Resolve client inquiries and challenges promptly with a solution-focused approach.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Demonstrate professionalism and a client-first mindset in all interactions.
- Manage time efficiently to balance consultation, follow-up, and administrative tasks.
- Support sales initiatives by understanding client needs and promoting appropriate services.
- Stay updated on changes in visa processing and immigration requirements to provide accurate guidance.
