Volmatica – based in New Jersey, U.S. is an IT staffing and consulting company that provides staffing services to its clients all across the United Sates.
We are looking for entry-level and experienced Technical Recruiters
Office Timings: 6pm to 3am (US Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday Off)
Salary + Commission
Responsibilities:
- Source the candidates from different job boards.
- Identify and source IT/Non-IT/Techno-functional candidates including hard to find/hot skills in accordance with the demand and needs of the clients.
- Discuss and negotiate rates with candidates
- Perform active sourcing of applicants including conducting phone interviews, test administration and records management.
- Formulate and apply complex search strings in order to source hard to find talent on a variety of job boards, networking sites, and the deep web.
- Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarded.
- Submit the candidate as per the client’s requirement in specific format as advised by the client.
- Arranging technical interviews over the phone/email.
- Keeping Applicant Tracking System up to date.
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Explaining and Negotiation about compensation / packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, qualification to determine pay type/rate, relocation benefits for the consultants.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Nice to have prior experience in call center preferably in US based call center as a Tele-Sales Representative.
- Prior experience in technical recruiting will be a PLUS.
- Can do attitude is required.
- Someone willing to work for long term and looking for recruitment as a career job.
