Main Responsibilities
- Use testing software to identify faults
- Repair smartphones and other devices with a high degree of accuracy and care
- Cosmetic device reconditioning
- Liase with other members of the company to ensure work is carried out in a timely manner
- Keep accurate data on company systems to reflect repairs carried out
- Maintain equipment and workstation
- Adhere to customer SLA requirements
Your Profile
- 3+ years’ experience repairing smartphones, tablets and laptops to a Level 2 standard
- Level 3 repair experience would be desirable
- Experience of iPhone screen IC and battery BMS removal and replacement is desirable
- You place a high importance on team values and culture
- Ambition and excitement to help the company grow
- Excellent diary management and planning skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £30,000.00 per year
