Ensure confidentiality by restricting access to participant information and following secure storage procedures. Explain feedback options and report safeguarding concerns promptly through designated channels without investigating. Teamwork, Quality and Professional Conduct: Participate in supervision, refresher training, and team reviews. Seek guidance when tasks exceed competence and use feedback to enhance service delivery. Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to RI safeguarding and prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse policies. Report suspected data breaches or misconduct.
