Cashier

The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing transactions, handling cash, and providing excellent customer service. The Cashier will play a key role in creating a positive experience for customers by ensuring efficiency and transparency during purchases. This position includes managing a team of four persons, requiring strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee daily cashier operations. The Cashier will train team members, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and security standards. Responsibilities

Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain an attentive and vigilant approach during all cash handling procedures to prevent errors or discrepancies.
Provide friendly and professional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Supervise and manage a team of four cashiers, ensuring they follow company policies and operational standards.
Train new cashier team members on transaction processes, customer service, and security guidelines.
Reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts and report any irregularities promptly.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any payment or transaction issues in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal controls to protect company assets.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate efficient operations.
Collaborate with other departments to support store goals and optimize the checkout process.
