Windsor Parking Services (Pvt.) Limited is looking for the services of a self-motivated and experienced Assistant Manager for its Operations Department to work under supervision of Sr. Operations Manager. The ideal candidate must possess:
- At-least a Bachelors Degree
- Strong administrative skills (preferably in a Parking Company)
- Knowledge and experience of handling Operational issues, as one of your responsibilities is to manage and control the workers turnover, keep motivated labor w
- Workforce and address their issues.
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good presentation so as to maintain and further build the image of the company among its clients.
- Human Resource Management Skills - must also be able to train new traffic Marshalls/ Junior Staff.
