Wisdek Corp Asia is seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Representative with a focus on SEO and digital marketing sales. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in call center closing and a strong ability to communicate effectively in English. This position involves engaging with corporate clients, understanding their needs, and promoting digital marketing services including SEO, Google AdWords, Meta ads, and website design. The candidate will be responsible for closing sales calls while handling objections professionally and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires managing a small team of two persons, guiding and supporting them to meet sales targets and deliver excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Engage with corporate clients through telephone to promote and sell digital marketing services such as SEO, Google AdWords, Meta ads, and website design.
- Effectively close sales calls by understanding client requirements, presenting tailored solutions, and overcoming objections.
- Manage a team of two persons by providing coaching, performance feedback, and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and product specialists to stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and service offerings.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal English communication skills to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
- Utilize basic knowledge of website development to better explain technical aspects and benefits of digital marketing products to clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the sales process.
- Handle client objections professionally and develop strategies to turn potential rejections into successful sales.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and market awareness.
