Wordpress full stack developer

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in custom plugin development and server/hosting management to join our team. The main responsibility will be to develop and maintain a custom-coded plugin called Custom Field Forms, which enables dynamic, product-style pages. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both front-end and back-end WordPress development, capable of troubleshooting technical challenges, and experienced in managing Bluehost hosting environments.

Key Responsibilities
Develop custom PHP, JavaScript, and CSS code specifically for WordPress platforms. Modify and enhance the Custom Field Forms plugin to support complex business logic and evolving requirements. Create custom product pages that incorporate dynamic logic with a clean, user-friendly interface. Ensure the website performs optimally across devices, maintaining mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. Manage existing themes or develop lightweight child themes as necessary. Identify and resolve plugin conflicts and debug site errors efficiently. Handle Bluehost hosting tasks such as creating and duplicating WordPress installations, troubleshooting downtime, and liaising with Bluehost support when needed. Oversee domain management, staging environments, SSL certificates, backups, and other hosting-related duties.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of three years’ experience in full stack WordPress development is essential. Strong skills in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery are required. Proven experience working with custom fields and product-type data structures within WordPress is necessary. A deep understanding of WordPress plugin architecture, including hooks and filters, is expected. Practical experience managing Bluehost or similar hosting platforms is important. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are also required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience developing WordPress sites in gaming or SaaS industries is a plus. Familiarity with performance optimization and SEO tools such as WP Rocket, RankMath, Yoast, and security plugins will be advantageous. Knowledge of Git version control systems is also desirable.

This is a full-time, in-person role offering a monthly salary in the range of Rs50,000 to Rs60,000.
