• Take notes during meetings, prepare, and distribute minutes of the meetings, as well as, follow-up on decisions.
  • Keep track of the status of all assigned tasks, with team members reporting directly / indirectly into CEO in accordance with their due dates/timelines
  • Write clear, eloquent emails that are error-free for a variety of situations and events
  • Work closely and productively with the CEO to keep him informed of upcoming meetings and his obligations
  • Coordinate with travel agencies to make travel and visa arrangements for the CEO and other Top Management and invited guests. Maintain Travel log as well
  • Management of the CEO's  personal files
