This requirement is for our client based outside Pakistan.
This is a night shift job currently and Job Duty timings initially will be between 6 PM to 3AM Pakistan time, however, based on the client’s requirements they can be changed, so the employee has to accordingly adjust his/her schedule.
Currently, we work 6 days a week with 1 day off. In case there is any change, we will inform you accordingly.

Candidates having previous experience for supporting US or Canadian Clients should mention relatively more details as to how and what kind and level of service/support they gave to US/Canadian clients.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 to 5 years of working experience in supporting IT Systems and IT Helpdesk Support.
Good knowledge on MS Windows & Mac Operating systems and WAN/LAN, switches, routers, access points, Virtualization, network management, support ticket handling.
L3 Engineer must have good experience and knowledge of supporting Firewalls like Cisco etc. specially Fortigate.
Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet Net meetings will also be required.
Experience on MS Office (Word, Excel etc.) is required.
If you have a prior experience in supporting Cisco and Fortinet Firewall, it will be an additional advantage.
Good Speaking and Written Communication in the English language is necessary, as you will be required to talk on the phone with the clients as well as over emails/chat.
