- Organizing internal meetings upon request from th department with the director and from the director to the documents.
- Documenting MOMs.
- Executing independent tasks assigned by the director on timely manner.
- Bridge communication on behalf of the director IT with the company executives.
- Bridge communication on behalf of director IT with clients.
- High profile client interaction through emails and phone calls with good english (verbal and written) proficiency.
- Represent onsite engineer in meetings and conferences in case of his absence.
- Preparing and sourcing supporting documents for meetings.
