Graphic Designer – Branding & Creative

Yaqoob Group seeks a skilled Graphic Designer specializing in Branding and Creative design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong emphasis on brand identity, product packaging, and marketing visuals. This role requires a designer who can independently manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards and brand consistency across various products and marketing channels. Working onsite at Multan Industrial Estate, the Graphic Designer will collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling visual concepts that represent and enhance the company's brand image. This position demands proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and associated design tools, as well as solid knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout composition, to create impactful visual communications. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for preparing print-ready artwork, product labels, e-commerce product images, and marketing creatives. Fluency in English and Urdu for both verbal and written communication is essential to effectively interpret creative briefs and collaborate within a multilingual environment. Attention to detail and the ability to apply brand strategies across multiple brands are key for success in this role.
Responsibilities

Develop and design brand identity materials including logos, typography, and visual concepts to ensure strong, cohesive branding across all platforms.
Create packaging and product label designs that meet print and production standards, preparing accurate print-ready artwork.
Design e-commerce product images and marketing creatives that align with brand guidelines and enhance customer engagement online.
Work collaboratively with marketing and product teams to translate creative briefs into compelling visuals that support marketing strategies and campaigns.
Maintain brand consistency by managing multiple projects across different brands while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
Use Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and other software like CorelDRAW to create high-quality illustrations, layouts, and compositions.
Apply principles of color theory, typography, and layout to produce visually appealing and effective design work.
Develop mood boards and storyboards to effectively communicate creative concepts to internal stakeholders.
Manage font libraries and ensure proper font use across designs to maintain brand standards.
Review and revise designs based on feedback, ensuring final outputs are polished and meet all client or company requirements.
Communicate fluently in English and Urdu to produce clear written and verbal reports, presentations, and documentation related to design projects.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate modern design techniques that enhance brand positioning.
Work onsite to coordinate with cross-functional teams and effectively contribute to the company's creative objectives.
