- Receive and process client requests via phone and email.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn new software programs quickly.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability to work during US business hours.
- 1 year of experience in customer support or call center (preferred).
- Proficiency in English (required).
- Must be located in Lahore.
