Job DescriptionZ-Tech, a tech startup thats working in conjunction with an established National US company is looking for a Salesforce Developer/Administrator to manage a large instance of Salesforce.com. You`ll need to work closely with Z-Tech`s team of developers in an Agile/Scrum environment to build out external apps and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Seek out and identify need system changes.
- Gather feedback and troubleshoot problems from users.
- Create custom objects, permissions, roles and user accounts as needed.Handle system onboarding and off boarding.
- Handle user licenses for both SFDC and connected applications.Aid in Development QA process.
- Build Flows, Workflows and Process Builds as needed.Monitor System Data Storage and API usage.
- Be the support go to person.Take the lead in creating and updating robust onboarding documentation.
- Stay on top of latest Salesforce.com changes.
- Proactively research new solutions and be open to offering suggestions for improvement.
- Ensure data integrity within the system.
- Work closely with Developers for system optimization.
- Qualifications:2+ years of Salesforce Administration
- Experience.In-depth knowledge of SFDC capabilities.
