Zafar Autos is seeking an experienced Driver with a minimum of nine years of professional driving experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills and a proven track record of safe and efficient vehicle operation. This role demands punctuality, reliability, and adherence to traffic laws and company policies to ensure the safe transportation of passengers or goods as assigned. While this position does not involve managing a team, the driver plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting our business operations through effective time management and professional conduct. The Driver will be responsible for regular maintenance checks and ensuring that the vehicle is clean and operational at all times. Attention to detail and the ability to navigate routes efficiently using maps or GPS technology are essential. The driver must also be capable of monitoring road conditions and adjusting driving behavior accordingly to promote safety. Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to communicate clearly with supervisors and clients to report any issues or concerns encountered during assignments.
Responsibilities

Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of vehicles, including checking oil, tires, and brakes.
Plan routes ahead of time and navigate using maps, GPS, or other navigation tools to ensure timely deliveries or pickups.
Maintain clear and professional communication with supervisors regarding schedules, delays, or issues encountered.
Ensure that the vehicle remains clean, well-maintained, and ready for operation at all times.
Assist with loading and unloading cargo when required, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, repairs, and other relevant data.
Follow designated safety protocols to protect passengers, goods, and the vehicle.
Adapt to changing traffic or weather conditions to ensure safety and schedule adherence.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients or the public.
Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or traffic violations promptly to the management team.
Comply with company attendance and punctuality requirements to support operational needs.
