Sales Manager

Zaini Beauty is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales team toward success. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong ability to manage a team effectively. This role requires hands-on engagement with market visits, direct dealings with shops, marts, and wholesalers, and the capability to consistently achieve monthly sales targets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of eight individuals, guiding their efforts to meet the companys growth objectives while maintaining a strong market presence in Karachi. A valid driving license and the ability to navigate the local market are essential for success in this role. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing sales strategies that align with Zaini Beautys goals. This person will foster relationships with key buyers, conduct thorough market research, and ensure that the sales team operates efficiently and with clear goals. Excellent communication skills and the willingness to commit to full-time work are mandatory. The position demands a proactive, motivated individual who can inspire their team, negotiate deals successfully, and use data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Manage and lead a team of eight sales professionals to optimize performance and productivity.
Conduct market visits and build strong relationships with shops, marts, and wholesalers.
Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base in the Karachi market.
Monitor sales performance and analyze market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Set monthly sales goals and ensure the team meets or exceeds these targets.
Train and mentor team members to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and communicate progress and challenges to management.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal requirements, including valid licensing for market travel.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns with promotions and new product launches.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
