Job Description

Candidate must have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee succession plaining.

  •  Headhunting and executive search process.
  • Recruitment and interview process.
  • Schedule meetings and interviews.
  • Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and on boarding process.
  • Network and build long-lasting client relationships
  • Conducting interviews & evaluating candidates to come up with a list of potential candidates.
  • Prepare JD’s and Org Chart.
  • Developed data pool with reference to current & future positions, based on succession planning pipelines.

Candidates should be Masters/Bachelors specialized in HR with minimum 4-5 years’ relevant experience.
