Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities for frame structure high-rise building projects.
Interpret and verify structural drawings, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and layout plans to ensure accuracy on site.
Oversee the preparation of formwork, concrete pouring, and curing processes following established guidelines.
Implement and monitor quality control procedures to guarantee compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Manage and lead a team of 20 personnel, assigning tasks and facilitating communication to achieve project milestones.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to coordinate resource allocation and scheduling.
Track project progress and report status updates to senior management, including any risks or delays.
Ensure proper documentation is maintained for all construction activities, quality checks, and material usage.
