We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Performing basic office tasks, data entry, answering phones, and processing the mail
- Recordkeeping / Data Entry of financial transactions
- Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks
COMPETENCIES DESIRED
- Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
