The HR/ Technical Recruiter will work closely with the HR Manager to help promote the values of the organization, to provide general HR advice and support line managers with all HR-related activities, to attract and retain the best talent in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their IT staffing requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for IT positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of qualified IT professionals, keeping in touch with potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process
- Arranging technical interviews over the phone/email.
- Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs.
- Interview job applicants as part of the screening process to get information on their work history, job skills, training and education, and inform them of the position’s duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits and working conditions
Personal Specification
- Bachelor's Degree with min 2-3 years of experience in same role with excellent knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail, time management, and a proactive "can do"approach to complex solutions
- Strong IT skills.
