Reports to
Zonal Manager
Job purpose
To supervise and manage the overall operational activities of particular branch.
Duties and responsibilities
- Make the daily production demand to Head Office in guidance with Zonal Manager.
- Plan daily meat production according to plan.
- Look after hygiene matters and housekeeping of branch.
- Look after the safety & security matters of branch.
- Shall be responsible for smooth running of branch infrastructure and its maintenance.
- Handle staff attendance and issues. Plan daily overtime schedule.
- Customer care and complaint handling.
- Respond to the customer concerns.
- Resolve customer issues pertaining to products and services
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- Education: Graduate / preferably commerce
- Specialized knowledge: Resource planning and point of retail software.
- Skills: Good communicator, mediator, conflict handler, negotiator
- Abilities: to work in pressure, to convenience the customers & staff, to lead
- Professional Certification: Any management course
- Experience: 1-2 year in similar nature of supervisor role
- Salary: Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 18,000/-
Working conditions
- Branches / Outlets located in Commercial Markets
Physical requirements
- Good personality, Tall, Healthy and adoptable

- Cashier, skilled supervisors, skilled workers, security staff, Hygiene & Housekeeping staff
