Zoho CRM & Odoo Developer

Zavior Tech is a dynamic company specializing in Odoo ERP and AI automation solutions, serving clients primarily in the UAE and beyond. We focus on developing practical CRM, ERP, and automation tools that help businesses reduce manual tasks and operate efficiently. As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our development team in Lahore and seeking a motivated, hands-on Zoho CRM & Odoo Developer to join us on-site. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our technical team, working on real client projects from initial requirement gathering through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Customize and configure Zoho CRM, including modules, fields, layouts, workflows, blueprints, and custom functions.
- Develop and tailor Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, and Accounting.
- Write custom scripts and functions using Deluge (Zoho) and Python (Odoo).
- Integrate Zoho and Odoo platforms with third-party systems via REST APIs and webhooks.
- Build automation processes to minimize manual and repetitive work.
- Translate client requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Test, debug, and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.
- Prepare basic technical documentation to support implementations.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and/or Odoo; experience in both platforms is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Deluge scripting and/or Python programming.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and webhook integrations.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL databases.
- Good grasp of CRM and business processes including sales, lead management, and invoicing.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Lahore and adhere to project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Books, or Zoho Analytics is a plus.
- Familiarity with Odoo module development, including Python, XML views, and QWeb reports.
- Exposure to automation platforms such as n8n, Make.com, or Zapier.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, particularly for widgets and Zoho JS SDK.
- Interest in AI agents and automation based on large language models (LLMs).
- Relevant Zoho or Odoo certifications are desirable.
