We are looking for a Business Development Executive/officer to help us create our sales team and meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, generating leads, creating sales plans and team in near future.

Responsibilities

Identifies business opportunities by researching and analyzing sales options.
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics for the sale of company’s mainstream product i.e. AlqaTech Pvt. Ltd. ERP (a software solution for retail and wholesale businesses).
Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by collaborating with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Requirements

Some previous experience as a Sales Representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
Applicant must be confident and have excellent English communication skills.

Note Salary & Bonuses better than the market rate.
