Coordinating and communicating with the Site Sales team for ensuring compliance with Head Office standards.
Managing all digital platforms including coordination with any third parties or branding partners.
Developing, improving and updating the content on the website and all digital media platforms.
Preparing Reports including but not limited to Sales Collection, Recoveries, Occupancies, etc..
Maintaining all marketing and sales databases in the soft form including pictures, videos, marketing materials, etc.
Ensuring that all data of marketing and sales are processed through ERP.
Conducting surveys related to customer profiling, new products, housing trends, lifestyles and satisfaction.
Assisting the Head of Sales in updating policies, processes and forms along with maintaining and storing data, and other tasks as assigned.
Updating prepared reports on a monthly basis and presenting to HOD and/or Finance as and when needed.
Ensuring the achievement of targets through follow-ups, reports, data collection and compilation, and site visits as and when needed or required.
