Falaknaz Group of Companies is looking for Enthusiastic & Energetic Sales professionals with a nack of selling.
Individuals applying should be well versed in the following techniques of trade;
- Present Sales Offers to Project Leads for consideration.
- Call Prospective Leads to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Coordinate Sales Closings, Overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to present better value to the client.
- Coordinate appointments to present offerings to prospective buyers at site office.
- Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
