Responsibilities

Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s product lines
Conduct product demos for existing and potential customers
Provide trainings and conduct learning workshops/boot camps
Assist and train practitioners with using digital content in conducting lessons in class, and provide
recommendations on best teaching practices
Operationally a fundraising and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) business development plan
Develop and manage relationships with national and international donor agencies, family foundations, CSR
managers, not-for-profits and government ocials
Manage relationships with existing business development partners
Ideate and create concept notes, technical proposals, budgets and tailored solution sales to CSR funds,
not-for-profits, donor agencies and government departments
Create, maintain and manage a robust business development leads generation platform
Work closely with the Directors of Business Development and Outreach on various departmental initiatives
Any other tasks as may be required from time to time

Skills required

5 – 8 years of business development experience, especially in the development sector
Cross-sectoral relationship building and management with stakeholders in the education space preferred
Excellent interpersonal, communication, IT and presentation skills
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Pro-active, self-starting work approach and must be a team player
Detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task
Must be adaptable to changes and able to work under pressure
