Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines

Have some knowledge of sales-related equipment or material (UPS, Solar Systems, Batteries, AVR etc)

Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, adding important documents and communicating relevant information.

Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.

Adding orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word is mandatory

Have Some Knowledge of CRM System.
