Primary & Secondary:
- Monitoring Secondary sales on national level on daily basis.
- Primary orders coordination with the Sales Ops Analyst.
- Sales return order monitoring in coordination with Logistics.
S&D System Support:
- Resolution of queries from field force in their daily operations.
- Support in other basic system related tasks (unsettled orders status, communication services restoration requests, etc.)
- Changes in existing customers and addition of new customers for secondary sales.
- TMX Inventory Management and monthly stock count / inventory exercise results verification and compilation.
- PJPs uploading, tracking and day to day monitoring in TMX.
- Active universe / stores tagging and their Q.C.
- Support in customers’ master database cleansing.
Monthly Claims:
- Ensure timely claims submission & their verification by maintaining tracker.
- Approval on verified claim results from the distributors and NSM for submission to finance.
Administrative Tasks for Monthly Claims:
- Hiring documents and HR details record of DSRs & KPOs in coordination with Sales Ops Specialist (official device, official SIM, installment deduction etc.).
- Daily attendance of KPOs & DSRs for monthly salary claims.
- DSR wise monthly target details for monthly incentive claims.
