Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, promoting Pro Energy's solar products and services.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.

Schedule appointments for field sales representatives and follow up on leads.
Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in tele sales, specifically within the solar industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with solar energy products and services.
Proficient in using CRM software.
Results-oriented and target-driven.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
