Managing the food and beverage provision for flights
Supervised catering and staff on flights.
Menu planning in collaboration with chefs and airline management
Organizing, leading and motivating the catering team
Planning staff shifts
Monitoring the quality of the product and service provided
Maintain stock levels and order new supplies as required.
If you work in the front of catering work, you will be interacting with customers.
Liaising with suppliers and clients.
Negotiating contracts with customers, assessing their requirements, and ensuring they are satisfied with the service delivered (in contract catering).
Monitor all administrative work (vehicle maintenance, repair & maintenance, catering premises, electricity work, and generator maintenance).
To ensure the catering vans' log books are properly maintained.
Keep Airline Store/Logistic Items (Catering Equipment, Dry Store, Water Juice & Beverages) in stock.
Prepare and implement a catering loading plan for aircraft.
Capable of managing airport passes for front staff.
AVP/ADP and ASF Vehicles Passes Proceedings Procedures.
To ensure that apron traffic rules and regulations are followed.

Two products – the chocolate fudge cake and our signature cheese cake were an instant hit – becoming our claim to fame.
