- Candidate must be responsible for the overall functioning of Admin and HR at field level.
- Candidate must maintain the records all incoming and out-going letters, documents and Parcels.
- Convey all the required instructions and policies of the organization to the staff and the views of the regional staff to the leading body.
- Monitor administrative aspects of the office/staff and evaluates discipline and punctuality of the staff to the assigned tasks.
- Maintain the record of attendance on daily bases, keep the leave record of staff and share it with Administration of the office at the end of the month.
- Make sure that all the documentation of Employees is kept when new recruits are hired.
- Candidate must be responsible to supervise the work, related to purchase of furniture, office equipment, computers, cars, motorbikes, and air conditioner and miscellaneous.
- Must have the ability to deal with all the service providers of office and maintain the record of monthly utilities.
- Candidate should not hesitate when he is sent for field work.
- Candidate must have good communication with the clients through email and phone calls.
