An Australian-based company is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. As a remote-based role, the Executive Assistant will work closely with our team members to manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure efficient communication within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Assist with document preparation, formatting, and proofreading to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail correspondence, with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain and organize electronic records ensuring easy access to important documents and information.
  • Help with project coordination, including tracking deadlines, updating task lists, and liaising with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Research various topics as needed and compile findings into concise reports or summaries.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands for executives as requested, demonstrating a willingness to adapt and support various needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, including document preparation and data entry.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively within a remote team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and unexpected situations with a positive attitude.
  • Reliable computer and internet service are required for remote work.
