We are looking for individuals who have excellent customer service and call center experience for Night Shift Timing 10:30pm till 6:30am
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries received through phone correspondence from external customers.
- Answer and calling in a professional manner to provide information about products and services, or obtain details of complaints regarding claims.
- Coordinating with the operations team.
- Customer-friendly attitude with a problem-solving mindset
Requirement:
- Gender: Male
- At least 1 year of call center experience.
- Computer proficiency, including the Microsoft Office suite required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
