As a remote personal assistant, you work from home to provide online administrative and clerical support to a business owner. You typically take calls, answer emails, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements. Handling requests and queries appropriately.

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to CEO’s working life and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact between the CEO and managers, other staff and internal/external clients.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence, handle requests and queries appropriately, draft correspondence such as emails and letters.
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments, make travel arrangements, take dictation and minutes
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Must available perpetually, random tasks are given and manage according to guidelines.

Requirements

  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills, Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP.
  • High-speed internet connection with a system or laptop, along with experience using communication tools like Skype, Zoom, Outlook etc.

Qualifications and Skill-Sets

  • Graduation or Relevant Studies require, additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus.
  • Approved experience of Personal Assistant, PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage.

Our offered salary is 25k – 50k depends upon persons expertise. It’s a remote work so working schedule would be discussed after interview.
