You will be working as Executive Assistant of Director and Founder of Prox Consulting. All correspondence will be in English so a good command over both written and verbal is essential. 

This is a remote role so you will have the flexibility to work from home and also select your own working hours but close to UK working hours. 

  • Taking messages and notes from all calls received and relaying back
  • Managing diary and make appointments
  • Performing ad hoc administrative tasks including letter typing and making reservations
  • Making sales calls on behalf of portfolio of companies
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Managing tasks and reminding relevant person of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing online databases and filing systems
  • Collating and filing expenses online
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support which will vary according to the manager’s remit
